We are passionate about providing the best eyewear in the industry at the best available price. If you have a question about a brand, warranties, and or materials – whatever the case may be – feel free to call us. If we are not available to take your call it is because we are with another customer. If this is the case, (or if during non-customer service hours) Please leave your name, phone number (incl. area code) and order number (if applicable) and a customer service representative will contact you as soon as possible.

Free Shipping
All US orders receive free shipping from standardeyewear.com! The shipping method used for this service is USPS Priority (2-7 business days), which is traceable via usps.com. Orders are mailed out as soon as possible, Monday thru Friday to all 50 U.S. States.

Flat Rate International Shipping
All International Orders ship for $20.

No Sales Tax
Standardeyewear.com is based in Southern California, and therefore any order that is billed to/shipped to a customer outside of CA will not be charged tax via Standardeyewear.com. CA residents, however, will be charged the standard State Sales Tax.

Shipping To Address & Bill To Address
We understand that special situations present themselves, say for example, if you want to surprise someone with a pair of sunglasses for a holiday or for their birthday and you want it shipped directly to their house. However, standardeyewear.com is very cautious of any suspicious orders and our team strives to do our part in protecting your safety and preventing credit card fraud and misuse. This is not to say that we are unable to ship to an address that differs from your billing address, but if they do not match the order will in fact be delayed. So, if you are in a rush to get and order, please be sure to make sure your addresses make sense to us.

Standardeyewear.com is Fraud Smart
Standardeyewear.com representatives take Internet security and your privacy very seriously. Each order is investigated individually, and is processed through our secure server. If an order seems suspicious, we will contact the purchaser via telephone/email to ensure that we do not facilitate any type of fraudulent activity. Our company takes pride in catching these situations before they happen.

Payment Options
Currently we offer Secure Credit Card processing from every major credit card company. Sometimes orders will ship partially. This is because we want to make sure you receive as much of your order as quickly as possible. If one item ordered is back stock, a customer service representative will contact you to let you know this is the case, and to give you an estimated ship date for the remainder of the order. This is an uncommon occurrence, but it does happen from time to time. Additionally, if we are unable to re-stock an item in a timely manner, standardeyewear.com may cancel, and consequently refund the remaining amount. You will typically be notified if this is indeed the case.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please ship unworn, unused sunglasses – postage paid – with all original invoicing, tags and packaging to our HQ (address below), post-marked within 14 days of your receipt. We will not charge a restocking fee, but we will not reimburse your shipping. If you received an item in error, we will email you a pre-paid postage form (.PDF Format), which you may print out, and affix to the original packaging and ship back to us for an exchange. Returns must contain all documentation to be eligible for any type of refunds/exchanges. Any orders which are specially ordered for you, or those which have been discounted in any way (coupon code redemption, promotional sale, clearance) are not eligible for refunds / exchanges.

Warranties
All of the brands we represent offer a warranty, typically found somewhere in the packaging. If you believe an order sent to you is defected, or its condition (when shipped to you) merits a replacement because of a reason covered in the manufacturers warranty, please contact us at: orders[at]standardeyewear.com to discuss how to best redeem this warranty. We will gladly walk you through the process, and expedite it for you in any way possible – please do not send to our HQ without talking to someone in customer service.
